Participants will clarify the essential ingredients of great leadership in today’s context. They’ll learn tools and methods to accelerate change, sustain performance, and leverage emotional intelligence to achieve better results.

Drawing on 40 years of proven experience building leadership excellence, it delivers 24 hours of dynamic tuition, networking laughter, and learning. Participants will learn to apply the Six Seconds’ EQ-in-Action model with a system of specific tools, metrics, and techniques to strengthen their leadership.

During the workshop, they’ll be immersed in the Six Seconds’ unique approach to create value with EQ and walk away ready to put learning into action.
